    If you are craving the time and space to connect with the voice within, be with like-minded women, enjoy a slower pace and be nourished on every level, join us for one of our upcoming retreat(s) beginning in the Spring of 2019. Offerings include: yoga, meditation, Ayurvedic practices, beach walks, hikes, cooking and quiet nooks for reading, writing, visioning and connecting.

    Paula is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner, a graduate from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Toronto. For her, healthy food is much more than the food itself. While she starts with locally grown ingredients, she knows food carries energy. Do you remember how Grandma said, “I made it with love?” You really can put love into food! The energy in the room and the people around the table also increase its nutritional value. Her menus are colourful (we do eat with our eyes first!), fresh, plant-based and they take into consideration the theme for the weekend and special dietary needs.

     

    Peaceful surroundings and nourishing meals complete your experience. Choose to step out of busy and into nourishment!

    Lynda Spieser is a certified Kripalu Ayurveda Health Counselor, Body Thrive Health Coach, Kripalu Ayurveda Yoga Teacher, IAYT Yoga Therapist and Modo Yoga Teacher.

     

    As author of the CLAS Age-less-ness Series, Lynda teaches practical, modern applications of the time-tested wisdom of Ayurveda to individuals via retreats, in her clinical practice and to groups of engaged women, meeting weekly and committed to holding each other accountable for automating new, rejuvenating habits. Habit science combined with food and lifestyle self-care practices that are tailored to the individual’s unique constitution and state, evolve them to feeling ease and balance so that they may be more the way they want to be with their day.       Lisbeth Lippert has travelled the world seeking spiritual pilgrimages on the leylines of Universal Life Force Energy.

      As a yoga teacher she has studied primarily with international teachers:

      • Sienna Sherman and Ashley Turner; Priestess of Avalon, Avalon, UK.
      • Dr. Douglas Brooks; Rajanaka, Tamil Nadu, India and Bristol, NY.
      • Erica Jago ; Chakra Studies, Sayulita Mexico and Lake D’Orta, Italy.

      Lisbeth has published poetry under Teach.Yoga. She is a DoTerra Wellness Advocate teaching the natural healing properties of Essential Oils and, a practicing Reiki Master and Doula. Lisbeth teaches yoga and meditation at Movati Athletic in her city of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. You will also find Lisbeth studying the aspects of the planets and moon with Paramatma Siri Sadhana while cuddling puppies, kidlets, grand-babies, and her husband.
